Experience in Establishing Own Business:
Dr. Chan is a founding partner of Stanley & Partners. He is in charge of the investment department, fund management department, investment research & consultancy department. He has 15 years' experiences in real estate and is specialised in foreign funds investment in China real estate and is widely recognized as one of the leaders in this field. He has successfully helped Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, Macquarie Bank, and etc. to invest in China real estate.

Dr. Chan has taught MBA course for Newport University and Curtin University in their Hong Kong campuses. Dr. Chan also was appointed as project manager in Hong Kong Shui On Group. When he was in the U.S., he was employed as project manager in Gerald Mele Associates. She once worked in China's largest real estate appraisal institution as business manager and technology manager, in charge of appraisals of real estate projects. She has profound experiences in real estate market, real estate financing, project operation, and property appraisals.

Mantic Lu
Vice President

Mantic has been working closely with international institutional investors, helping them to establish strategic relationship with China developers, identify investment opportunities and execute since he joined Stanley & Partners. He is skilled at deal structuring， structural financing, financial analysis. Mantic has successfully facilitated Credit Suisse, Citigroup, Wachovia on a number of investments, and advised on several major acquisitions.

Mantic received his Master Degree from University of Melbourne and Bachelor Degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is also a candidate of CFA Charterholder.

Ice Zhang,
Vice President

Ice is the deputy head of investment department in Stanley & Partners. She has around 10-year real estate working experience. She is good at structural financing and asset acquisition, and she has valuable on-hand experience in real estate legal aspect. Ice has successfully helped her clients, including Citigroup, Wachovia, CITIC Capital, to complete several investment and private placement.

Ice is the candidate Master of Law of Each China University of Political Science and Law, and she received her Bachelor of Law from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.

Annie Wu,
Vice President

Chief manager of Hangzhou and all of Zhejiang province, with responsibility for day to day and real estate investment-related operations. With her degree in construction and nearly 10 years of experience in Zhejiang’s real estate market, she has particular expertise in strategic property planning and logistics/operations, especially in the residential sector.

She holds an economics degree from Zhejiang University and a Masters of Science in international real estate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
