Stanley & Partners Investment Management Co. Ltd. was established in May 2002 through the vision and ambition of Stanley K.K. Chan. Stanley came from Hong Kong to Mainland China in the early 1990s with a commitment to offering international real estate services within the rapidly developing Chinese market. He recognized a deficiency in the fledgling economy and saw the opportunity to provide a wide range of integrated and innovative services which were not available from any other real estate firm in China. With 15 years of industry experience in China, Stanley established Stanley & Partners to focus on Mainland real estate investment banking services. Over the course of six successful years, Stanley & Partners has quickly expanded across the country to cover Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuhan, Shenyang, Tianjin, Chongqing, and even the international finance capital of the world, New York City.
