The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, passed CET-6 and has no less than 5 years' working experiences, including 2 years' working experiences in world-class real estate advisory company and experiences in office leasing and retail leasing. The candidate should also have experiences in property transaction, good interpersonal skill and management ability. Candidates who have real estate appraiser certificate or surveyor certificate, or oversea study experiences will be an advantage.

Investment Manager　　6-8 Persons
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, and has no less than 1 years' working experiences in real estate company, including working experiences in office leasing and retail leasing. Candidates who have working experiences in world-class real estate advisory company will be an advantage.

Vice President in Industrial Property Investment Department　　2 Persons
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, and be familiar with industrial property market. The candidate also should have no less than 5 years' related working experiences, including 2 years' working experiences in industrial property management and leasing or as an investment agent. Besides, the candidate should be good in Chinese and English, has good interpersonal skills and management ability. The candidate also need to be responsible and can work under pressure. Candidates who have real estate appraiser certificate or surveyor certificate will be an advantage.

Industrial Property Investment Manager　　6-8　persons
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, be familiar with industrial property market, and has no less than 3 years' working experiences; including 1 year's working experiences in industrial property market, and experiences in office leasing and retail leasing. Candidates who have real estate appraiser certificate or surveyor certificate will be an advantage.

Industrial Investment Officer　　several
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, and has no less than 1 years' working experiences in real estate company, including working experiences in office leasing, retail leasing, and industrial property leasing. Candidates who have working experiences in world-class real estate advisory company will be an advantage.

Investment, Research and Consultancy Department
Vice President in Investment, Research and Consultancy Department　　2 Persons
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, preferential in economics, finance and management. The candidate should have more than 2 years' working experiences in world-class real estate advisory company, good at financial analysis and passed CET-6. Besides, the candidate should have good interpersonal skill and management ability. Candidates who have real estate appraiser certificate or surveyor certificate, or oversea study experiences will be an advantage.

Research Manager　　6-8 Persons
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, preferential in economics, finance and management. The candidate should be fluent in spoken English and good at written English, strong data collection, mining and analysis ability, and a team-player. Candidates who have real estate appraiser certificate or surveyor certificate, or related working experiences will be an advantage.

Research Officer　　Several
The candidate should have Bachelor degree or above, be fluent in spoken English and good at written English, strong data collection, mining and analysis ability, and a team-player. Candidates who have more than one year oversea study experience (in English-speaking countries in Europe and the U.S.), good interpersonal skill, and related working experiences will be an advantage.
