After my graduation from University of Melbourne in 2004, I was honored to join Stanley & Partners as a member of Management Trainee Program and started my career in real estate finance. Stanley & Partners initiated the real estate investment banking services in China and has been cooperating with famous domestic developers and overseas real estate funds in real estate finance field. In respect of real estate finance, it is still at the preliminary stage in China, however, with the open-up of China's financial service industry and the improvement regulatory policies, the potential and opportunities of real estate finance is immense.

Through the daily work, study and training, I gained a deeper insight and understanding of real estate investment banking service. Professional conduct and skills are also consolidated during my pursuit of career development. Meanwhile, I myself turned into a professional guy from a graduate with little working experience. Furthermore, I have assisted and facilitated several successful real estate investment and financing transactions and consultancy services with the guidance and trust of company's senior management. In Stanley & Partners, I always feel energetic and happy to work with my colleagues, accomplishing every task and sharing the success.
